Explosive Enhancement: Reforged

• No longer showing up custom particles for wind charges

• Fixed incompatibility with other client-sided mods, such as Visuality: Reforged or Fancy Block Particles - Renewed, among others. Now the client-side version of this mod should be safe to use everywhere, anytime.
• Now the alwaysShow config option is enabled by default.
• Fixed a case where the game would crash due to the SmokeParticle, in mods like Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks

Don't use this version if you're not planning to use the TacZ mod, as it’s not fully stable and may be incompatible with other mods that were previously compatible. I will archive this version once the creator of TacZ creates their own 'compatibility layer' with Explosive Enhancement: Reforged.

• This version just fixes the issue where TacZ explosive ammo won't destroy surrounding blocks.
