Added Chiller - Takes a fluid, a container, and up to 4 items and outputs 1 item. Runs on ice and snow.
Added Melter - Takes a single item and outputs a fluid. Requires a heat source below it.
Added Jar - A portable fluid container. Holds 1000mb. Can be placed and picked up without losing its contents.
