F3+T Anywhere

F3+T Anywhere does exactly what it says, allows you to use F3+T anywhere. It makes it so that you don't have to close the container/menu that you were in just to see texture changes, making pack development easier and quicker. This mod is Fabric only, I have no plans for a forge port.
