Fabric Lobby

Simple mod that adds:

• /lobby command with a configurable x y and z and dimension.
• /worldtp command that teleports you back to where you were before running lobby.
• added the configurable ability to automatically tp players on join
• now saves player world too, and saves location when a player leaves
