Update to 1.21.4

Add

• Add &o at the start of the input will force the result to be straight text format instead of italic.

Fix

• rename and removelore now will properly reset item's data. (So it can stack with the normal item)
• Allowing naming with empty input. By only input &r you can achieve empty name or lore line.

• Support custom hex color format with &#(hex code)

Fixed

• Make &r (Reset) work as intent (remove italic)
