Tested and rebuilt to add 1.19.x support.
- 1.0.1 technically supported it, but was untested at the time with quilt.mod.json stopping it from loading.
- If you were using this mod on 1.20.x with 1.0.1, there is no reason to update.
Added licensing and contributor information to the source code.

The Quilt team have posted that QSL is on the way. QSL is already complete, but Quilted Fabric API still needs to be updated.
- This does mean if you know what you are doing, you could build QSL for 1.20.2 for use for mods that don't need QFAPI - like this one! Otherwise, it should be out reasonably soon.
