Config
- Forge Config API Port updated to v20.4.0.
- Swapped from Forge Config to NeoForge config. This should operate essentially the same on the user-end, but better ensures future functionality.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed crash that occurred if mod was selected in the mod menu.

- Undid workaround that was used to get past NeoForge bug that was fixed in NeoForge v20.4.44-beta.
