Changes:
- Removed the update checker
- Condensed Gems Block:
- Can be crafted with 9 Gems (and back)
- Can be used as Beacon base
- Increased the likelyhood of a Biome of Wealth to generate
- Added gamerule duperLimits (defaults to true, controls whether the Duper can dupe certain items or not)
- Big Gem now acts the same as a Dragon Egg when pushed by pistons (Destroyed)
