Fixes:
- Fixed bottom margin of the HUD not matching the rest of the margins of the HUD (2px. vs 3px. everywhere else)
Changes:
- Changed the positioning screen HUD to be draggable
- Changed the way positioning works to make the HUD stay where it should be relative to the screen size (e.g. if it was in the center of the screen at a certain resolution, then it will stay approximately in the center of the screen at any other resolution)
