removed the advancement because it was broken and you would get it every time you damaged a tool

corrected a typo that caused the elementary staffs compat to not work

icy coal is also getting its last 1.12.2 update

buffed freeze time to 3 seconds on the sword buffed sword durability to 150 you can repair the sword with icy ingots lowered the pickaxe type needed to break icy coal ore and it now uses glass / ice sounds instead of stone sounds 1 new advancement oredicts for the resources compatibility with spicy coal: 1 spicy coal + 8 icy coal = 9 regular coal compatibility with elementary staffs: 4 icy coal + 1 icy coal block = 1 ice essence

i trust kroko to do more with this mod than i ever had done
