Fixed tooltips not applying to all workstations when waxed workstations is installed
Fixed some of the block matching logic, tags are now working again, dyeing should now also return the correct block

- added in-world dyeing, should work with any modded block in
#c:dyed - added tooltips to any block in tags that can be interacted with, as well as useable items in tags
- added compat with farmers delight bark
- added compat with waxed workstations
