1. Fixed an issue where Wild Naga Jolokia would not naturally generate in the world.
2. Fixed an issue where peppers would incorrectly drop after the Pepper Transmutation.
3. Added the ltc2:can_ignite_pepper_red tag. Items with this tag can be used to ignite Red Pepper plant to obtain Jalapenos.
4. Wild Red Peppers can now also be ignited with items tagged ltc2:can_ignite_pepper_red tag to obtain Jalapenos.

1. Fixed a server issue where mobs would not drop items upon death.
2. Fixed an issue where using Pepper Fertilizer would not consume it.
3. Added more configurable options in the config files.
4. Added the ltc2:flavour_mint tag. Items with this tag will grant a "Minty" flavor to Latiao when used for flavoring.
5. Added a new Extra Spice Event: Chorus.
6. Added a new gradient text effect for the item Enchanter's Gift.
