This project adds miscellaneous superweapons for modfest.

Items / Blocks / Entities / Effects

  1. Aiming Device and Tungsten Rods - The aiming device is an item that "aims" the Tungsten Rods. Right-click on a block to summon a landing marker, which tells players where the rod will land. The rod will hit the ground shortly after and explode. Explosion power (damage and knockback), an inverse damage factor, creating fire, cooldown, and maximum explosions are all configurable via item components on the aiming device or directly through NBT for the rod.
  2. Smoke Bomb - A throwable projectile item that summons smoke bombs. Smoke bombs deal slight damage upon impact and spawn smoke particles. They also apply a gray overlay (to simulate a smokescreen) to players within range.
  3. Splash Potion of Lightning - Lightning Splash Potions can be brewed with any Splash Potion (even mundane, water, awkward, thick, etc.) and a lightning rod. The new lightning potion will keep the effects of the splash potion it was brewed with.
  4. Super Bouncy Slime Block - A nerfed version of the bouncy castle option from 23w13a_or_b (only launches you ~100 blocks maximum). It is crafted with 4 slime blocks in a square pattern. (WARNING: On servers, you may be kicked for flying if using this.)
  5. Corrupted Star Fragment - Crafted from one creeper head and one nether star. Upon death, stops the death, freezes the player in place, makes them explode after a few ticks, and then really kills them.
  6. The One Watch - Basically invokes a tick command on right-click. Can be configured with item components by using a custom screen I made (now you just have to find out how to access it).
  7. Gravity Increase - Status Effect which makes you fall faster. It can be brewed with an ancient debris and a thick potion.
  8. The Illager's Guide to Spellcasting : Volume 1 : Fangs - On use, summons 3 sets of vanilla Evoker Fangs, similar to the Evoker's attack. The evoker fangs will automatically find and target the nearest attackable (does not target creative/spectator or invulnerable) entities.
  9. Solar Prism Headset - TLDR: I put a beacon in a helmet and made it do damage and overheat. ======= Long form if you want to read: The Solar Prism Headset is an equippable item that renders a beacon beam from the player's eye position as a solar laser. The solar laser only activates during the day and when the player is standing in the sun. It deals damage to entities every tick and sets them on fire. However, it can overheat (shown by an overlay) and when it does, you'd better take the helmet off fast if you don't want to die.

Created for Modfest 1.21. This mod requires Sinytra Connector and FFAPI (Forgified Fabric API) on NeoForge.
