Fixed an issue that caused resource packs not to load properly (when using both resource packs and mods that triggered resource reloading) Thx to pewblaze for reporting it and BookerCatch for providing further information.
Hotfix: There is no need to update to this hotfix unless you use Forge 40.1.73 - 40.1.79. However it's always recommended to use the latest stable release of Forge.
