Fixed Issues:
- Skyline Stairs and Bulk Stairs have the same recipe
- Platforms have the same recipe as Furniture Counter (Macaw's Furniture)
- Entities completely ignore stairs and never try to path them
- Balconies have invisible collision, making you able to float in air
- Balcony Railings have a black shade when placed on solid blocks
