Macaws Stairs

Changes:

• Descriptions are now gray like in Forge/NeoForge versions

Fixed Issues:

• Skyline Stairs and Bulk Stairs have the same recipe
• Platforms have the same recipe as Furniture Counter (Macaw's Furniture)
• Entities completely ignore stairs and never try to path them
• Balconies have invisible collision, making you able to float in air
• Balcony Railings have a black shade when placed on solid blocks
• Redundant model files removed from block/parent
• The item descriptions go out of sight in GUI
