MicroOptimizations

FeatherClient has made some of their optimizations public at FeatherOpt. I ported the optimizations that do not already exist in other Forge 1.8.9 optimization mods here to work on regular Forge. These optimizations are mostly cache and block pos pooling improvements.

For further optimizations, I recommend using OptiFine, PolyPatcher, Redirector, and Velox Caelo.
