- Attackers are now configured through a entity tag 'monobank:thief_attackers'. Any neutral mob (that can attack) should work. (as long as the mob doesn't do anything weird with its targeting behavior)

Slightly reworked and adjusted how a player is marked as Thief:
- Players are now will be marked as a Thief only if the crime happened near a "Protected Structure" - structures added to tag 'monobank:theft_protected'.
- This tag allows adding other structures to control Thief interaction.
- "Near" is 128 blocks from the center of a structure. (coords that /locate command gives).
- The witness is still required to mark you as a Thief.
- Configurable.
