More Smoker Variants

• NEW FEATURE: When using Quad 1.3.0+ (currently in Beta*), new villages generate fitting smokers instead of the vanilla one, e.g. a Savanna Village will generate with an Acacia Smoker.

*Note: The recommended Beta.5 for Quad 1.3.0 is currently only available for 1.21.
