Finally updated to the latest Minecraft version and ported the mod to Forge! One jar for both Fabric and Forge

Also added a few features, but I can't remember which.

May very well contain bugs, please report any bugs you encounter to the GitHub issues page at the top of this page!

Fixed:

• Subcommands having their own permissions. - Pehkui incompatibility
• All commands crashing on 1.16.5
• Got rid of unnecessary classes.

Added:

• sendCommandFeedbackToOps gamerule: Whether feedback from commands should be sent to other operators.
• Full support for LuckPerms.
• Full support for 1.17.1

Fixed:

• /day and /night not requiring permissions.
• /vanish crashing 1.16.x clients.
• /whereami crashing 1.16.x clients.
