Fix collisions not being disabled on vanilla servers
Added lots of debug logging
Fix not being able to toggle smoothness in singleplayer (due to lack of permission)
Pressing n now toggles the smoothness of all blockstates for the current block (crouching while pressing n toggles the individual blockstate)
Removed the extraSmoothMesh config option and replaced it with equivalent options in the meshGenerator option
Fix issues with the vanilla renderer's ambient occlusion when collisions were enabled
Players now suffocate when fully inside smooth terrain
The suffocation overlay now properly shows up when the player is fully inside smooth terrain
3rd person camera now behaves properly when the player is very close to smooth terrain
Issues with block placement (e.g. with redstone) when collisions are enabled have been resolved (snow still has weirdness)
Add (theoretical) compatibility with OptiFine HD_U_G7
Note: This upgrades NoCubes' networking - you can't use this with a server running an older NoCubes version
