Rewrote and cleaned up backend code.
Fixed some modded sounds not being muted.
Removed the dot hotkey to reload. Use the /omegamute reload command instead.
Fixed a crash with a mod sending a sound on a chat message, causing an infinite loop with /omegamute listen.
Changed /omegamute listen to only listen to sounds once, for a better overview.
Added /omegamute listen all to listen to all sounds.
Improved the listen message formatting for better readability.
