What is Online Emotes?

This is an add-on for emotecraft that allows players to see each other's emotions (even on vanilla servers).

How does it work?

This mod checks if emotecraft is installed on the server, and if not, connects you to «emote server», which will handle emotions (works through websocket, similar to the plugin for velocity).

Common Questions

• What does «emote server» mean? Something to which this mod will connect to synchronize emotions if there is no emotecraft on the server.
• Where is the source code of the «emote server» to which the mod connects? Not available anywhere yet (mostly because of the quality of the code).
• What information does «emote server» get from the mod? Pretty much the same as velocity with the emotecraft plugin installed.
• Do I need Emotecraft installed for this mod to work? You will need to download Emotecraft for this mod to work.
• Can I re-host/upload this mod somewhere else? No.
