Newly incompatible packs are not deactivated anymore
If the resource pack load fail, the mod will now try to only deactivate incompatible packs before deactivating all packs if the load still fail.
Now server resource pack are added in Resource Pack Manager on load so that you can go on the pack screen and close it without a reload (it was kind of a bug)
Fixed a odd bug with the Fabric resource pack that was always on the top of the list after the game start
