Fix crash from GSON not reading the optimizations config correctly.

  • Rebuild config with new Fzzy Config system. Configs are now available in-game
  • Fix early class loading crashes with Prism, FastRandom, and potentially others.
  • Optimization disabling is now a separate, .json, config that you need to access outside of the game.
  • Configs reloadable in-game via F3+T.
  • Added new config option disableParticles, that completely disables particle spawning on the client.
  • Fixed mixin incompatibility with "XXL Packets"

Properly marked the mod as client-sided, fixing server crashes if it was included in a server's mods (It's purely client mod, doesn't do anything on a server)
