Pave The Way

Adds a dirt path block which can be obtained by flattening Vanilla's dirt path.

Also changes the shovel flattening logic so that whilst sneaking paths are reverted back to dirt and when breaking a path with a silk-touch enchanted shovel it drops the path block instead of dirt.
