Perpetual Durability

Fixed the default tag bug.

• Fixed a small bug regarding recipe type
• Changed chat message when using the /perpetuate command

This update will break your existing configs!

This is a backport of the 1.19.4 version of this mod:

• Added the /perpetuate command
• Re-made the configs completely
• Added Fancy renders for the Perpetual tooltip.
• Added the force arg to the /perpetuate command.

• Fixed a tag config issue
• Changed "Unbreakable" to show "Perpetual"

This is a rewrite of the mod!

• The enchant is no longer obtainable
• The recipe is unchanged, but instead of an enchant, you get a tag
• All previous items with the Perpetual enchant will be automatically fixed
• The fixing process is seamless. All you have to do is put the items in your player's inventory.
• The old enchant book has been removed from JEI, but it still has a tooltip in case you come across the book.
