Minor code changes to try and allow the Icecutter to work on servers.
Recipes for all Ice blocks in the crafting table as a workaround for not being able to use the Icecutter on servers currently.
Icecutter now has a unique crafting recipe type, can be added to by using seasonaladditions:icecutter in the same format as a stonecutter recipe. (Thank you to Nemo's woodcutters for helping with getting this working.)

Changed Fairy Lights to be dimmer but they now make use of emissives.
Added Poinsettia, a new flower found in warm biomes. Crafts into red dye and can be used to make a 15 second glowing stew.
Changed Snow Slabs, Stairs and Blocks to be crafted with a stonecutter like the Ice variants
