Bugfixes:
-Mowed grass blocks weren't decaying into dirt when they had a solid block on top.
-Mowed grass blocks were droping itslef without needing silk touch.
-Mowed grass blocks weren't breaking faster with a shovel.
-Mowed grass blocks were taking twice the time to break as intended.
-Plants could quickly disapper after spawning in specific cases.
-Seedpackets would not spawn plants if you only had 1 seedpacket in hand.
-Sunflowers was producing suns no matter the time of the day.
