skin overrides

still in beta, unfortunately! for some reason, the ominous construct known only as "real life" has continued to subsume all.

• added support for Mounts of Mayhem (1.21.11)!
  • the last 1.x version of minecraft... never thought i'd see the day
• bug fixes
  • fixed profile comparisons (users are no longer duplicated on overrides screen)
  • game no longer crashes when the library.json references a file that doesn't exist. instead, a warning is printed (gh#37)
  • game no longer crashes when initialising the cape library while offline (gh#50)
  • "failed to reload skin" notification will no longer show if not in a server
  • changing skin globally multiple times now shows the right skin
• boring internal refactors
