-Added frozen ham, which sometimes drop from snow pigs when they're killed using a FD knive

-Frozen ham deals 3 attack damage, otherwise it works like frozen porkchop

-Frozen ham will be in the FD tab, if Farmer's Delight is installed, if not it will be in the foods tab

#Fixed a bug where snow pigs couldn't get hurt by lightning

#Fixed a bug where snow pigs would despawn [not tested]
