Changed refill upgrade's functionality to use a different way of getting info on stack in offhand so that Better Combat's changes don't cause it to think offhand is empty and to effectively delete items
Fixed backpacks nested in another backpack with inception upgrade to properly save their contents id if they haven't been open before being put into the main backpack. Prevents item loss in that case.
