I added a new potion effect that is horrible, but also good for other things such as pvp possibly
also fixed the bug where sewers spawn aboveground.
(re-uploaded because potion recipe wasn't working)
I added advancements and fixed the last few things to be fixed.
1.0 is done now
i forgot some really critical things such as bugfixes so i did that
