-Fixed Netherite Apple recipe -Added Tooltips to a bunch of items, describing their effects

Bit of a more experimental update today. No big changes for most players, probably, but I added a few items that only show up when playing with certain mods, 2 for create, and 2 for botania. I'm not planning on making a whole lot of items like this, but I figured it would be a fun little surprise for anyone that happens to use Vanilla Cookbook with either of these mods.

For Create:

Rose Rock Candy: 6 Hunger, 3.6 Saturation, Cures Poison. You get two by mixing Water, Honey, and Redstone in a heated mixer.

Polished Rose Rock Candy: 5 Hunger, 3.2 Saturation, Cures Poison, Grants Haste 1 for 30 seconds. Made by polishing Rose Rock Candy.

For Botania:

Mana Roll: 5 Hunger, 5.4 Saturation, Cures All Effects. You get 2 by crafting together Wheat, Eggs, Milk, Cheese, and Mana Dust.

Tater Puffs: 2 Hunger, 1.2 Saturation, 50% of healing 1 heart when eaten. Made by throwing Potato Chips into a mana pool.

Update: I forgot about Smithing changes so the netherite apple is uncraftable for now. I put the new recipe in the additional files so you can datapack it for now

Update to 1.20.1! Comes with retextures for old items, and 3 new ones:

-Cooked Sniffer Egg, self-explanatory I think

-Pitcher Praline, a small treat made from the contents of a pitcher pod, which can cure mining fatigue

-Cherry Blossom Tea, also self-explanatory I think

This should presumably work with NeoForge, but I did not test, so apologies if it doesn't

This one has a creative tab

Warning: This version does not have a creative tab because I couldn't figure out the new changes, and didn't want to invest too much time when 1.19.4 and 1.20 further change how they work anyway.

Update to 1.19.2

Too many changes to list, just take a look at the Curseforge page to see what the mod looks like currently.
