-Reworked redstone pearl so that it sticks to entities, if
a player is hit by it, they can sneak to bypass the timer and immediately tp the other person.

-Redstone pearl time limit raised to 64 seconds

-Changed the system so that you can only select what time/bounces/blocks you want by sneak + right clicking

-Removed the NBT Crafting dependency that made the mod unusable in 1.19.4
