No you won't, it's a simple modpack without any unfair advantage.

How do I download the modpack?

Scroll down to the 'Files' section. You'll find Bedwars Essentials(.mrpack|.zip). Choose the .mrpack file if your launcher supports it; otherwise, download and unzip the .zip file for the mods.

Does it have optional features such as keystrokes, FPS display and others?

Yes, Labymod is included, those featues can be added through Labymod addons.
