Actually properly downgraded Forge because Modrinth for some reason struggles with downloading Forge versions above 40.2.14

- Removed Cobbled Deepslate from being a valid cobblestone type due to a recipe conflict with the Boiler from Cold Sweat (keep in mind you can still use sandstone as a cobblestone replacement)

- Modified the Andesite Alloy recipe to accept Limestone alongside andesite due to how hard it is to find andesite normally.
