The Realistic Minecraft modpack aims to provide a more realistic experience for Minecraft.
The modpack adds various texture packs, shaders, mods, and performance enhancing mods to give you a realistic experience not found in other modpacks.

We strive to keep this modpack relevant by continually keeping it up to date

You are able to add any additional mods you want yourself (if this causes any compatibility issues, feel free to ask for support in our Discord server and we'll try to help out).

Astralex are the shaders that we went with because it had good lighting, was compatible with the Physics Mod's ocean, is completely free, and most importantly, it looks good.

For the resource packs we went with Patrix 32x and Round Trees because they add realism

Some other notable mods include Physics Mod Pro Version, Wildlife, Dehydration, Diet, Tectonic, Terralith, Panda's Falling Trees, EnvironmentZ, Exline's Furniture

I recommend allocating additional ram for better performance. Go with 6-8GB of ram.

1. Download a launcher (We recommend ATLauncher)

2. Go to the "Packs" tab, search for "Realistic Minecraft", click "New Instance", and then click "Install"
