Added EssentialsDiscord support!
- New boolean in Chats section in config.yml: ignoreDiscord
  - If set to true, the EssentialsDiscord plugin will ignore the message sent in that chat room.
- Discord events only registered if EssentialsDiscord is installed.
- Sub config "ignoreDiscord" will automatically be set up during server restart.
Various code optimisations.
