Hotfix for issues with the removal of Cardinal Components
- Added ALPHA support for NeoForge 1.21.1! We're planning for a stable release alongside 1.21.2 but we figured we'd put this out there as a little sweet treat for now. For this alpha, Forgified Fabric API is required.
- Fixed missing name and conditions for the Language Shuffle effect
- Fixed missing name for the Replace Water with Lava effect
- Paper: Fixed error handling for custom enchantments added by Spigot plugins
- Paper: Added workaround for upstream issue which broke Max Health effects

Hotfix: prevented paper api from being shaded (oops!), much more reasonable filesize now...
- Added new client-side effect Language Shuffle which randomizes your language for 30s (requires Fabric client mod and Language Reload)

- Updated the Lootbox effects to prevent the inventory from being closed while it still contains items

- Improved state checks for various effects to prevent marking them as Successful even when they fail
- Updated the Do-or-Die effect to give better rewards even more often
- Fixed ability to Damage Players while under the effects of Invincibility or OHKO
- Fixed incredibly rare multiplayer issue where the Clear Inventory effect could randomly erroneously refund viewers
- Paper & Fabric: Fixed various Summon effects
- Paper & Sponge: Fixed Disable Jumping effect duration not being respected
