Added configuration file, you can now change your drop amount (between 1 - 10)! If you try to use higher/lower number for percentage/amount than is the set minimum/maximum, the default value will be used which is 3 drops.

Initial release. Shulkers will drop 3-4 shulker shells. Plugin will be made for older versions too in future updates! Config file is also planned. If you find any issues or want to suggest something, leave a comment either on CurseForge page or GitHub issues.
