Optimisation changes for origin checks

Fixed a bug where flight was broken in disabled worlds

1.21.4 update

Fixed an issue where dropping items would sometimes trigger the left click listener

Fixed a bug where riding a living mount with a cooldown active caused errors on newer versions

Added a config option for a delay before the origin selection gui opens upon first joining

Added more layer config options

Added a 'layers' feature, which allows multiple sets of origins to be applied at once

Also adds a 'name' parameter to origins (useful if you want origins with the same on multiple layers or want to control where capital letters go in your origin names)

Also fixed a bug with the Orb of Origin which meant under specific conditions they would break chests

Added the 'static' cooldown bar setting, which can be used to create custom bars that do not count down naturally such as to measure things

Made the cooldown bars only override the actionbar when needed
