Simple Back

• ENHANCEMENT: /back can now track death locations.
  • Config Option: allow-back-on-death
  • Default: false
  • You may need to update your config manually or delete it to get the new option.
• FIX: Teleport Cause was not being considered for Teleport Events. Now they are.

• Adjusts the permissons so that back.use is true by default.
• If you only want specific people using the /back feature, this means you will need to deny the permission to those who shouldn't have it, rather than give it to those who should.
