Hellay's Redone 3D Mace

-changed shader file so it works for 1.21.6 thanks to tixork

the older version didn't have the right models lol.

first release

has :

• 3d mace
• outlined 3d mace when enchanted
• wind texture when enchanted with wind burst

PS: this version doesn't have the models , an outdated version was uploaded accidentally
