Here is yet another Extended Programmer Art Resource Pack, but this has features that are different from the other packs.

Features

• Extends to everything above 1.12-1.13 items
• Good Mod support
• Using EMF or Optifine adds some special features like custom entity models (e.g. Pigmen over Piglins)
• Addons for Extra Customability such as Better Netherack, John over Warden, etc.
• Bedrock Edition Port (Wip)
