Added weighted pressure plates
Added many new blockstates inspired by https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/texture-packs/redstone-tweaks
Update to 1.20, change repeater colors to work a bit better with shaders that expect red in emissive redstone stuff (the blue glow was too muted)
fixed some missing blockstates, should now work independently of the base redstone tweaks pack
