-Updated the packmcmeta to the newer versions

-Tweaked the flame colors

-Tweaked the torch models to be more emissive

-Added an emissive shader for the particles and torch hand display (1.21.2+)

-Added multi version parity

-Added faint flame sounds (Polytone required)
