Significantly reduced the time it takes to load the resource pack. In my testing, it is over 16x faster to load.

Renamed items now display emojis properly.
Known issues:
- The emojis do not display properly in the Resource Pack menu.
- Emojis do not display properly in the renaming portion of the Anvil GUI.
- Emojis on glowing Signs do not display properly.
