Release 2.0.2 for MC 1.21.1

Minor changes

• Disabled the rotation of obsidian, crying obsidian, and bedrock on the turntable. These blocks don't actually "rotate", but this disables observers and buddy blocks being able to detect the rotation of these blocks

Bugfixes

• Gave stoked fire the correct luminance value
• Fixed the invisible detector "logic" block not being treated as air in some situations
• Fixed some deletion logic for the detector logic block. Shouldn't have impacted gameplay too bad, but it's a fix nonetheless
• Fixed a crash when wolves try to produce dung inside of a block with no collision
• Fix turntable issues introduced in 2.0.1 while preserving the block update functionality
