Reformatted the modmenu gui to be much easier to traverse.

Added config options to change the screen location of every HUD element.

Added settings for adjusting where the gauge is on your screen (I'll do the same for the other jHud objects eventually this was just higher priority. I would like to reformat the config that way it's not a clusterf*** in ModMenu before I do the rest.)

Fixed efficiency not showing correctly on servers due to accidentally not removing the code that sends the packet to the client.

Made it so you can't see reset zones unless you're in creative. Changed jhud to only use spectator packet data if they're actually spectating to stop latency affecting jhud.

Made it so you can still move if you join a server that doesn't have minehop installed. Made gauge much more sensitive. Made it so you can toggle client validation for your server in the config.

Added gauge to jHUD. The /map gui now orders maps in alphabetical order.

Added difficulty setting to maps. (changeable using /map manage <map_name> <difficulty>.

Updated all commands except /map root to suggest map names.

Changed where maps are stored, in order to transfer your maps over move them from the root world folder to the MineHop_Data folder.

Made it so when playing hns if you fall far enough to normally kill your player you will become tagged unless you land on stairs.
